Since Julia and Tony joined LSS, Margaret is concentrating on managing the operational
aspect of the business as well as providing business development and client services
support to the rest of the team.
Margaret is passionate that all clients and their employees are receiving the highest
level of service and monitors this very closely. Becoming the first UK company to
receive the EuRA Quality seal was prove of her and LSS team’s dedication. Margaret
has worked for many years with partners worldwide and therefore has build up a solid
and trusted network that she can rely on. She is also one of a few that holds the
highest level of Relocation Training Certificate (CERP3)
Since the start of ARP (Association of Relocation Professionals) and EuRA (European
Relocation Association), Margaret has been an active member of these organisations
and from 1996 – 2008 she served on their Council. In 2006 she was elected by her
peers as Vice-President of EuRA, the position she held till 2008.
Tony Baldassarro
Tony Baldassarro joined LSS Relocation as Director, responsible for Client Services
as well as providing operational and business development support and working with
the other members of the Senior Team on day to day running of the company….(Read

Tony comes to LSS from a Relocation Management Company where he was instrumental
in the globalisation of the firm. He was responsible for Global Operation, Regional
Client Relationship Management and the establishment of the company operated Global
Destination Services during his 8 years with the firm.
Prior to that Tony worked for two large multinationals for a combined 16 years with
accountability for running in-house expatriate programmes and global mobility. He
has extensive management background, strength in global expatriate management and
an in-depth understanding of the needs of human resource professionals.
Julia Clayden
Julia Clayden joined LSS Relocation as Director; Julia will be responsible for Marketing
and Sales, business development support as well as working with the other members
of the Senior Team on the day to day running of the company. ….(Read more)
Julia comes to LSS from a Relocation and Moving Company where she was instrumental
in setting up the relocation side of the firm.
Julia has over fifteen years experience within the Relocation and Moving Industries
and has earned herself the reputation as a respected and knowledgeable individual.
In the past Julia has worked for both moving and relocation companies before setting
up a pan-European relocation company which she built over a 4 year period prior
to selling at the end of 2006. Julia has had first hand experience of the trials
and tribulations of being an expatriate having lived and worked in both Australia
and the US. Her passion is to develop long lasting client relationships for LSS
with an emphasis on honesty and transparency.
