Upon instruction of the company The Relocation Manager (RM) will contact the executive to find out as much as possible about their Personal Requirements. LSS will assist the relocating executive to find a home in areas that suit his or her family situation and office location.
LSS will survey the Property Market and compile an itinerary. The executive will be accompanied on all property viewings.
LSS will negotiate realistic contract for the company and/or executive and negotiate the terms of the Tenancy Agreement with the letting agents. All parties will be kept up to date on relevant developments and the status can be viewed on line at all times.
LSS will organise for the inventory to be checked. On Move-In day LSS will arrange the hand over of the keys and advise the executive on all aspects of the property and neighbourhood and ensure that all is well. All utilities will have been connected and a guide about the neighbourhood will be waiting for the executive at the property.
During their stay LSS will provide telephone support enabling the executive and their family to call our office with any questions they may have
