LSS manages the property on behalf of the Tenant; we will arrange initial rent and deposit payments and set up standing orders for future rental payments.
LSS will negotiate tenancy renewals and inform the company well in advance of these renewals
LSS will settle periodical payments of utility bills, council tax, TV licence, and other. Reports and property status can be viewed and checked by the HR department on line.
LSS will be the link with the landlord or letting agents and therefore the only contact the company and occupier have is direct with us.
LSS can also act as keyholder.
When the executive is moving, LSS will arrange the finalisation of the tenancy, organise the cancellation and final payments of utilities, arrange inventory check out and negotiate the return of the deposit.
